The word “Affliction” means something, such as a sickness that causes pain or suffering. Also, diseases are often said to be afflictions, but the word can mean just about anything that causes great suffering. One could also be afflicted by fire outbreak, flood outburst, an attack from someone else, money worries or marriage problems. The word “afflict”, which makes up the first part of the word, means to cause this type of trouble.
Wouldn’t it be great getting healed and knowing that the sickness will never return? Well, that’s precisely why I have written this book, to show you what you need to do to hold on to your miracle. I will also show you what it means to hold on to the finished work of the cross even if the symptoms are still there until you are wholly made whole, in every area of your life.
It all starts with understanding that you were already made complete in Christ. That’s what the scripture says in Colossians 2:10. In other words, you will learn how to sustain the blessings God has freely given in the name of Jesus Christ. God bless you as you read.
